An easy appetizer recipe that can be prepared with a variety of sauces.
The Organic Taggiasca Olive Paste of our farm is one of our favorites.
- Slices of sandwich bread
- Spreadable cheese
- Organic Taggiasca Olive Paste from the Rudasso farm
Make thin slices of sandwich bread with a rolling pin. Spread the cheese and Organic Taggiasca Olive Pasta from the Rudasso farm on the bread slices. Roll each slice of bread on itself and wrap it tightly with cling film.
Set to rest in the fridge for a few hours.
Before serving, cut the roll into slices of about half a centimeter.
