Ingredients for the ultimate bruschetta:
- Artisan sourdough bread cut into slices
- “Vessalico” garlic
- Beef tomatoes
- Organic Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Rudasso farm
- Organic oregano from the Rudasso farm
Toast the bread slices. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put in a bowl. Add Organic Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Rudasso farm and salt to match your own taste, leave to rest for a few minutes. Rub the slices of toasted bread with one or two cloves of “Vessalico” garlic. Arrange the tomato cubes on the slices of bread and sprinkle with a generous pinch of oregano from the Rudasso farm.
